The Great River Fish Company state-of-the-art fish processing plant is located just a few blocks from the shores of Lake Pepin—containing one of the largest concentrations of wild carp in the United States. Our processing facility's location enables our company to produce the highest quality fresh and frozen wild carp products in the world.

Our wild Carp

Our fresh and frozen carp products are produced using 100% wild carp—species Cyprinus carpio. Great River Fish Company's products contain no chemical additives. When ordering frozen fish, our glazing is under 1%. Fish are available throughout the year. Because of our commitment to quality and freshness, we produce per customer order.
